Gah! I forgot to post again! I was so glued to the TV yesterday that I totally forgot to post an update. Better late than never, I guess.
Here is where I left off last update:
And here I am now:
I should be done by now, but my garden and graduation cakes have been calling my name. I have been too tired to pick up a needle. I know, excuses, excuses.
Now off to see what the other ladies in the group are stitching! Links to their blogs below. Thank you, Avis, for organizing this Stitch-a-Long.
Welcome to my Blog! My world is my husband and son (soon to be moving into his own home) and my step-children (fully grown) and our two cats who are definitely ying and yang. My day job is as Deputy Clerk of my home town in Western, NY but when I get home I have two side gigs, one as a professional private baker, and two, as an Etsy shop owner selling vintage and antique dishes and accessories. I have been gardening and growing my own food since my grandfather taught me at the ripe old age of 5. I stitch, I bake, I grow food, I can and preserve, I grocery shop to save money and eat well and boy do I have massive to-do lists. I hope you enjoy my day to day writings.

Not far from a happy dance again! I do have a soft spot for those houses. I hope you had a good weekend and from the sounds of it what is keeping you busy is good !
Thank you Linda! My husband and I are having fantastic weekends now that we have passed the torch off to someone else to direct our local farmers market. 15 years of giving up every Saturday in the summer was enough. We feel like we are retired! Lol
You’ve still made some progress, and it looks great. I always love how backstitching brings a project into focus. Looking forward to your happy dance next time.
