I have been baking and decorating cakes professionally for almost 20 years!
The trends have changed over the years and continue to change. Some I have embraced and some I would rather not do lol!
I stopped offering cakes for about a year because honestly I was burned out. I needed to take a step back.
Slowly I have added them back into my schedule and I have really been enjoying them again.
