Last post I told you about the canning supply shortage and the shipment of lids I mistakenly purchased from a company in China.
I have received a $6.96 credit towards my over $45+ purchase for the damaged lids. I wasn’t very happy with this and I would never buy from this company ever again but I guess it is something right? And they were very prompt with getting back to me.
Below are a few screen shots of the exchange:

What do you all think? Should I have pushed for a bigger refund?
Lesson learned this time. I will, from now on ALWAYS research better who I am buying from and if I cannot find a mailing or shipping address on a website I will not buy from them.
Now on to the pumpkin shortage crisis sigh… – MM
Ugh, it feels like their version of 50% was not even remotely 50%. I do think you chose the better option there though, I wouldn’t risk having lids sent back to you, they would have been in the same condition!

Right?! I just couldn’t figure out how they came up with that amount.

Did you notice that the person’ s name is Evian? A beautiful name but also Naive spelled backwards. Just a thought…

There’s a pumpkin shortage? I’m certain their English is very poor. I suppose you could explain that your order was $40 and 50% of that is $20 and see what they say.
